Women’s Self Defense Class for SAAM

Join us with instructor Ashley Elkins for a women’s self-defense class! This interactive class will empower you to take control of your personal safety.
- Learn to recognize and avoid dangerous situations
- Build confidence through awareness and preparedness
- Practice simple, effective self-defense moves.
Women ages 12+ are welcome to join us. Please wear comfortable gym clothes.
$10 instructor fee required – this is a payment directly to the instructor. Please bring cash to the event.
All minors (under 18) must be accompanied by a female guardian.
