Italian Fusion Birthday Brunch Fundraiser

Dear Friends,

Please join us in making a difference by celebrating our milestone 55^th birthday featuring keynote speaker Alys Smith, first lady of Marshall University and founder of the Woman Warrior Summit.

For 55 years, CONTACT has served people experiencing trauma. We started as a suicide hotline spearheaded by a group of churches in downtown Huntington. Today, we are a standalone rape crisis center that served over 900 survivors of sexual violence, sex trafficking, and stalking in 2024 across six counties in southwestern West Virginia.

We invite you to ensure those in crisis are never alone by attending our fundraiser. On June 7 at 10:30am, La Famiglia will cater a birthday party in the ballroom of Trinity Episcopal Church on 5^th Ave in Huntington.

It will be a time of celebration and renewed commitment to our mission.

For half a century, an untold number of volunteers, board members, and donors have made this difficult work possible. In 2024, our advocates helped 949 victims (up from 828 in 2023), that number includes 359 children (up from 305 in 2023).
